Forced air ventilation.
Rated voltage 380V, other voltages can be customized.
Built-in incremental encoder (tamagawa), other types of encoders such as absolute encoder, resolver etc. are optional.
Excellent rotational accuracy up to 10 μm.
Excellent vibration severity.
High dynamic response (short acceleration times).
Low noise emission.
Z spindle motor has a constant torque below the rated power, and a constant power above the rated power. Therefore the starting torque is more stable comparing with normal induction motors. It also reduces a lot of unnecessary energy consumption due to directly start with an inverter. As the small inertia of the ac spindle motor, it is easy to start and stop, no carbon brush, no maintenance, no magnet, no need to regularly detect the magnetic pole position. Currently, it has been widely used in large starting torque or energy-saving industrial machines.
